2022 Awards
2022 was an exceptional year for Vemwell breaking into the competition market. We received numerous awards for the photographic work we’ve created over the past few years as we’ve established ourselves in the Pacific Northwest. This work reflected the diverse energies of being that call this place home, showcasing a selection of compelling stories the natural world shared with us.
Through our shared perspective, we capture the essence of each subject, creating photographs that are not only visually compelling but spiritually resonant. With each photograph, we share a visual and written story that coincide, inviting the viewer to experience what speaks to them. Whether capturing the stories of stillness of quiet waters, the mysticism within remote mountain ranges, or the vitality of human and animal forms, our work celebrates the oneness of all being.

Fall Transitions was a photo we were particularly eager to share. It presented quite well, being awarded 2nd place in the reFocus Black & White Awards and 3rd place in the reFocus One Shot Awards.
Our Neighbor the Great Blue Heron placed 3rd in the Moscow International Foto Awards and received an honorable mention in the Prix De La Photographie Paris.
Layers of the Sound, a series showcasing the minimalist, abstract scenes of the diverse lands and waters home to The Puget Sound, part of the Salish Sea, was awarded 3rd place in the reFocus Black & White Awards.
Four Swans received an honorable mention in the International Photography Awards, the Moscow International Foto Awards, and the Minimalist Photography Awards.
A Dance With Clouds received an honorable mention in the reFocus Balck & White Awards and the Prix De La Photographie Paris.
A Dance With Fog received an honorable mention in the Moscow International Foto Awards and the reFocus One Shot Awards.
Self Soothe received an honorable mention in the Moscow International Foto Awards.
Twin Flame, a series showcasing the concept of a Twin Flame soul reflected by the natural world, received an honorable mention in the Prix De La Photographie Paris.
